Hello!

My name is Tina Gorkič, and I’m a textile and fashion designer from Slovenia. I love expressing creativity through drawing textile and surface patterns, often inspired by nature and intricate details. Under my brand TGbrooch, I handcraft unique beaded brooches that reflect both elegance and playfulness.

My work gained significant recognition in 2016 when I won the award for the best final clothing collection at the Ljubljana Fashion Week (LJFW). In 2016 I became a finalist of the internationally recognized Fashion Award Mittelmoda and I presented my collection Impressia in Milan, Italy. In 2018 I received Student`s “Prešeren” Award for my master`s thesis “Designing textile interiors based on researching the sensory perception and expression of emotions”.

What is TGbrooch?

TGbrooch is a boutique textile, fashion and accessories brand that merges artistic brooches with exclusive textile pattern design. I craft high-quality statement pieces and textiles that are bold, story-driven, and highly collectible.

I combine artisan jewelry design with textile art, bringing a dual creative focus to my work. Each motif is digitally illustrated in-house, telling a unique story through original patterns. Rooted in a slow fashion ethos, I create handcrafted, limited-edition pieces that hold lasting emotional and aesthetic value. My work spans multiple platforms—from physical beaded brooches to licensed pattern designs for fashion, home décor, and packaging.
